Brief Description

ISMM std software tested with earlier operating systems such as Win-XP/7 with earlier platforms such Intel-Q77 based boards without included recent operating system's packages such as Windows-10_64bit at that time.

Solution

This Error 'side by side configuration is incorrect ...' usually means one of the 'Visual C' runtime libraries is missing from corresponding windows system.
 In this case, you can try to re-install Visual Studio 2008 (VC++ 9.0)  redistributable package from MS-website.

Then, ISMM std ver-1.15(x64 version) supporting under Win-10_64bit without errors.

Remark

 The updated Windows-10_32bit support normally!
